Appointment System for American Citizen Services

Services for Americans are now by appointment only. Embassy Moscow’s online appointment system allows you to make, change or cancel appointments. Once your appointment is made, you can print a confirmation page.

Please note: no electronic items incl. cell phones are allowed inside the Consular area. The Embassy does not provide storage facilities for any personal items and does not take responsibility for any items you chose to leave with other individuals outside the Embassy.

While walk-in service requests will no longer be accepted, we do not require appointments for emergencies. If you are a U.S. citizen with an emergency, please call (495) 728 – 5577. After hours, call (495) 728 – 5000 and ask to speak to the duty officer. Emergency services for American citizens are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

These numbers are NOT for visa inquiries.
