The Department of State has temporarily suspended operations at the U.S. Consulate General in Vladivostok out of concern for the health of our Russian and American staff, and the public, in light of the global COVID-19 pandemic. We look forward to resumption of operations at the U.S. Consulate General in Vladivostok as soon as the situation permits.
The U.S. Embassy in Moscow, the U.S. Consulate General in Yekaterinburg, and the U.S. Consular Agency in Sakhalin remain open, and will provide consular services emergencies only.
