Temporary Suspension of Operations at the U.S. Consulate General in Vladivostok

The Department of State has temporarily suspended operations at the U.S. Consulate General in Vladivostok out of concern for the health of our Russian and American staff, and the public, in light of the global COVID-19 pandemic.  We look forward to resumption of operations at the U.S. Consulate General in Vladivostok as soon as the situation permits.

The U.S. Embassy in Moscow, the U.S. Consulate General in Yekaterinburg, and the U.S. Consular Agency in Sakhalin remain open, and will provide consular services for emergencies only.

Visa appointments at Consulate Vladivostok are cancelled for the foreseeable future.  Once operations resume at Consulate Vladivostok, appointments will be made available and you will be able to reschedule.
