On March 11-13, PAO Erik Pugner and the U.S. Consul General’s spouse Ann Waugh participated in the annual English Language Olympiad in Artyom, where more than 600 secondary school students from the Primorye region competed in events testing their knowledge of the English language and American history and literature. Erik Pugner made welcoming remarks to hundreds of students, and Ann Waugh gave a presentation about education in the United States. The event was organized by Lingua-Plus Education Center of Artyom.
