U.S. Consul General Dr. Paul M. Carter, Jr.

Paul M. Carter, Jr., assumed the position of United States Consul General in Yekaterinburg, Russia, in August 2017. He has been a career member of the United States Foreign Service since 1996. Dr. Carter previously served as the Director for Eurasia in the Office of the Coordinator of U.S. Assistance to Europe and Eurasia of the Department of State and as the Senior State Department Advisor to the U.S. Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe.
