The US Embassy in Moscow is seeking a qualified contractor to plant perennial flowering plants into the 141 concrete planters located in front of EOB and along of the NEC West wall (outside the Embassy perimeter wall) according the attached Scope of Work (see the revised Scope of Work below). The location of the work site: Bolshoy Devyatinsky Pereulock, 8 and Novinsky Bulvar 21 Moscow, Russia 121099.

All quotes are to be submitted electronically to MoscowProcurement@state.gov with attention to Contracting Officer of the US Embassy Moscow and marked  “Quotation for  Perennial Flowers Planting PR9393515” on or before 6:00PM Moscow time on Monday, September 14, 2020. The email size shall not exceed 20MB.

The site visit is set up for 10:00 AM Moscow time on Wednesday, September 09, 2020 at the address Bolshoy Devyatinsky Pereulock, 8 Moscow, Russia 121099.  Interested offerors should provide information about their company’s representatives at least 24 hours in advance.  The information should be sent electronically to MoscowProcurement@state.gov.

The Scope of Work for Perennial Flowers Planting was revised and Para 5 “Work requirements” was amended. Please see the revised Scope of Work (PDF, 127Kb) attached.

The US Embassy in Moscow is seeking a qualified Architect/Engineer firm to develop design drawings and specifications for a heating unit and energy metering unit at Spaso House located at Spasopeskovskaya ploschadka, 10, Moscow, Russia. The contractor will be required to obtain all applicable design approvals and construction permits from MOEK, the Moscow Integrated Power Authority. The estimated project cost is below $25,000.

Firms responding to this announcement on or before closing date will be considered for selection using the following evaluation criteria in descending order of importance:

  • Relevant professional experience with similar projects (design of heating units and pipelines according to local codes and specific MOEK requirements) in the past five years. Briefly describe each project, site location, and project size.
  • Demonstrated success obtaining MOEK approvals for similar projects in the past five years.
  • Ability to submit design drawings and specifications for the project in both Russian and English languages.

The Embassy will select for negotiation the licensed firm that demonstrates the best qualifications. Replies to this advertisement must be received not later than 4:00PM Moscow time on August 28, 2020 and must be submitted electronically to MoscowProcurement@state.gov. The email size shall not exceed 20MB.

***UPDATE August 26, 2020: This project will also require design of the feeding pipelines. The Contractors are requested to submit their qualifications demonstrating professional experience with both design of the heating units and feeding pipelines.
