US Embassy Moscow needs to purchase following items and/or services:

The Embassy of the United States of America in Moscow is soliciting quotations for a qualified contractor to provide logistical support and local transportation of diplomatic pouch bags between the Embassy of the United States of America in Moscow and the local airports.

Proposals are due on or before 4:00PM Moscow time on July 20, 2022 and must be submitted electronically to MoscowGSOProcurement@state.gov. All quotes are to be addressed to the Contracting Officer and marked “Quotation 19RS5022Q0041 Enclosed.” The email size shall not exceed 20MB.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

Proposals are due on or before 4:00PM Moscow time on July 06, 2022 and must be submitted electronically to MoscowGSOProcurement@state.gov. All quotes are to be addressed to the Contracting Officer and marked “Quotation 19RS5022Q0042 Enclosed.” The email size shall not exceed 20MB.

The offer submittal deadline is extended until 04:00 PM Moscow time on Tuesday, July 05, 2022.
All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation shall remain unchanged.

US Embassy Moscow has a requirement to purchase two vans equal to model Mercedes Benz Sprinter with specs according to the attached Scope of Work with delivery according to the shipping requirements which are outlined in the Scope of Work.

Proposals are due on or before 4:00 PM Moscow time on Monday, June 27, 2022 and must be submitted electronically to  MoscowGSOProcurement@state.gov. All proposals are to be addressed to the attention of Contracting Officer and marked “Proposal for Purchase of two vans with delivery” The E-mail size shall not exceed 20MB.

Commercial proposals which will be received after this deadline may not be considered.

US Embassy Moscow reserves the right to reject proposals which do not meet minimum technical requirements.

Interested offerors should bid on all items and services which are included in this request for a price quote.

Interested offerors should confirm their NDAA Compliance upon submitting the commercial proposals.  Please refer to the attached NDAA Compliance form.

US Government award will be issued according to the attached FAR clauses.

US Embassy Moscow provides the updated requirements for the subject Solicitation and answers to the questions from interested offerors. Please see the attached Q&A List.

 US Embassy Moscow has a need of purchasing  40 feet shipping containers – 6 ea and their delivery to the warehouse at the address:   8 Mozhayskoye Shosse b 1 121374 Odintsovo Moscow Region Russia.

The vendor should provide the crane for unloading the containers in the warehouse.

The used condition for the containers  is acceptable.  The containers should be delivered to the warehouse on July 1-2, 2022.

Proposals are due on or before 4:00 PM Moscow time on Friday, June 10, 2022 and must be submitted electronically to  MoscowGSOProcurement@state.gov. All proposals are to be addressed to the attention of Contracting Officer and marked “Proposal for PR10807075  Purchase of six 40 feet shipping containers and their delivery to the warehouse Enclosed.” The E-mail size shall not exceed 20MB.

US Embassy Moscow issued an Amendment # 2 to RFQ 19RS5022Q0037 Spaso House Heating Unit and Pipeline installation.  Amendment # 2 cancels solicitation in its entirety for the convenience of the Government. The amendment answers questions that have been asked by the potential offerors, extends the offer submittal and project completion deadlines.

Proposals are now due on or before 4:00PM Moscow time on June 14, 2022 and must be submitted electronically to MoscowGSOProcurement@state.gov. All quotes are to be addressed to the Contracting Officer and marked “Quotation 19RS5022Q0037 Enclosed.” The email size shall not exceed 20MB. The offerors should notify the contact listed in Block 7.A of Standard Form 1442 on page 3 of this solicitation to confirm receipt of the offer.
