US Embassy Moscow needs to purchase following items and/or services:

Interested companies should email Procurement at the General Services office at US Embassy Moscow, Russia at MoscowGSOProcurement@state.gov.

The Embassy of the United States of America in Moscow is soliciting quotations for a qualified contractor to provide shuttle services according to the scope of work detailed herein.

Proposals are due on or before 4:00PM Moscow time on March 15, 2023 and must be submitted electronically to MoscowGSOProcurement@state.gov. All quotes are to be addressed to the Contracting Officer and marked “Quotation 19RS5023Q0023 Enclosed.” The email size shall not exceed 20MB.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

The U.S. Embassy in Moscow, Russia invites a firm to participate in Solicitation for 380-volt Switchgear Battery Banks Procurement. Offers are due on or before 3:00PM Moscow time on March 24th, 2023 and must be submitted electronically to kussainovam@state.gov. All offers are to be marked “Quotation PR11468373 Enclosed.” The email size shall not exceed 20MB.

The U.S. Government intends to award this procurement to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
