The 2017 competition for the U.S.-Russia Peer-to- Peer Dialogue Program is closed. The 2018 competition will open in late February 2018. Full program guidelines and application procedures will be posted then.
The U.S.-Russia Peer-to-Peer Dialogue Program provides grants of up to $100,000 to support unique projects centered on Russian-American, peer-to-peer collaboration, including an exchange of best practices on a topic of mutual interest. The purpose of the program is to foster greater contacts between Americans and Russians.
Successful proposals must clearly demonstrate collaboration with a peer organization in the other country. Projects must be non-political in nature and focus on Russian-American peer-to- peer dialogue or people-to-people engagement on themes of mutual interest. Applicants are encouraged to incorporate innovative methodologies to accomplish program goals and foster interaction among peers. Successful projects will result in a product or outcome which enhances interaction and understanding between our two societies.
