Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative (YTILI) is accepting applications for Fall 2024 cohort by February 5, 2024. This flagship program for emerging entrepreneurs will bring together 50 business and social entrepreneurs from across Europe. The program starts with a virtual component, followed up by a four-week Fellowship in the United States, and further the opportunity for continued engagement after Fellows return home. Participants will complete tailored YTILI entrepreneurial curriculum, work with a U.S. host organization, and collaborate with U.S. mentors to learn, share, and build strong transatlantic entrepreneurial partnerships.
YTILI Fellows were selected through a competitive application process and those selected will represent around 40 countries throughout Europe. Each YTILI Fellow is a leader in their community, working in diverse industries to address key challenges in clean energy, information technology, education, food and beverage, healthcare, manufacturing, and others.
To be eligible for YTILI program you should be:
- Between 25-35 years old.
- Citizen and current resident of Russian Federation.
- Currently employed mid-level professional with two years’ experience in managing an entrepreneurial venture.
- With demonstrated leadership and collaborative skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
